01Who handles your information

SUTEWEI (速特威轴承 / SuTeWeibearing) handles the business inquiry information described in this policy. Our business contact details appear below.

02Information we receive

Depending on the fields you choose to complete, we may receive your name, company, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, country or region, product interests, bearing models, material and dimension requirements, quantity, application details and messages. We receive the information you actually submit; not every channel requests all of these fields.

Website submissions also include an inquiry reference, submission time, language and technical records used to prevent duplicates and abuse. The inquiry database stores a hashed network identifier instead of the raw IP address. Hosting and security providers may separately process IP addresses, browser information and request logs to deliver and protect their services.

03How and why we use information

We use your information to answer your request, discuss product selection and technical requirements, prepare quotations, follow up on the same inquiry and maintain related business communications. We also use necessary technical records to protect the website and prevent duplicate or abusive submissions.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information to take steps you request before entering a contract, perform a contract, protect legitimate business and security interests, meet legal obligations, or rely on consent where required. We do not treat an inquiry as permission for unrelated marketing. Where separate marketing consent is needed, we will seek it; you can ask us to stop further promotional contact.

04Facebook and Instagram instant forms

When you submit an instant form in one of our Facebook or Instagram advertisements, Meta collects the answers you choose to submit and makes the lead information available to SUTEWEI through its business tools. Form or advertisement references and submission time may accompany the lead. We use that information to respond to the product or quotation request described in the form, using the contact channel you provided.

Meta processes information under its own policies. This policy covers SUTEWEI’s handling of information received from those forms. Submitting a Meta form does not itself create a website inquiry receipt; the website inquiry system and Meta lead tools are separate services.

05Who may receive information

Authorized SUTEWEI staff may access information for inquiry handling and follow-up. Providers of website hosting, database, security, email and communication services may process information as needed to operate those services. The public website is hosted by Netlify. Inquiry pages, records and administrator access remain on Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure; Meta, WhatsApp and email providers operate under their own policies.

We do not sell or rent inquiry information. We may disclose information where you direct us to do so, where required by applicable law, or where necessary to protect legal rights and prevent fraud. We limit access to the business purpose concerned.

06How long information is kept

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to handle your request, maintain relevant business records and meet applicable legal or dispute-resolution obligations. The period depends on the inquiry, any continuing business relationship and applicable requirements. Information no longer needed should be deleted or anonymized.

You may request deletion using the email below. Some records may need to be retained where required or permitted by law; we will explain relevant limitations when responding.

07Your choices and requests

You may contact us to request access to or correction of your inquiry information, deletion, or an end to further promotional contact. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent or contact a competent supervisory authority. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.

We may reasonably verify your identity before acting on a request, and respond in accordance with applicable requirements. Declining optional information may limit how precisely we can answer, but you can still contact us by email.

08Browser storage and external links

Draft fields and the last successful inquiry receipt are saved in this browser tab using session storage. A language preference may be saved in local storage. You can clear a draft, clear the local receipt copy, or remove site data in your browser. Clearing local data does not delete an inquiry already submitted to SUTEWEI. Previewing an inquiry does not send it.

With your permission, public marketing pages use Meta Pixel (ID 1537609295077090) to send a PageView event to Meta for advertising measurement and to help improve our Facebook and Instagram advertising. Meta may receive the page URL, visit time, IP address, browser or device information and cookie identifiers, including _fbp and, where applicable, _fbc. Meta may associate this activity with its own users under its policies.

The Pixel script is loaded only after you allow advertising cookies. Our implementation does not include inquiry or administrator pages, does not send form contents, and does not enable advanced matching or the Conversions API. The Pixel does not submit a Meta instant form or a website inquiry on your behalf.

Choose “Only necessary” to browse without this advertising tracking. Use “Cookie settings” in the footer to change or withdraw your choice. We remember your choice in this browser and origin for up to 180 days; another browser or domain may ask separately. Withdrawal stops further events from our integration and removes accessible _fbp and _fbc cookies on this site; it does not recall information already received by Meta. Necessary hosting security and administrator sign-in may use technical cookies. External Facebook, WhatsApp and email services have their own policies.

09Security and processing locations

We use access controls and technical measures to protect inquiry information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. SUTEWEI operates in China, and cloud or communication providers may process information in other countries or regions. We do not promise that all information remains in one country. Where a transfer requires additional safeguards under applicable law, those requirements must be met.

10Business inquiries and children

Our bearing products and inquiry services are intended for business customers, rather than children. Please do not submit identity documents, financial account information, health information or other sensitive personal information through a product inquiry form. If a child has provided information, a parent or guardian can contact us to request its removal.

11Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services or information practices change. The effective and last-updated date appears at the top. Any notices or choices required for a material change will be provided as applicable.
